Lonnie R. Bridges Sr.

Lonnie R. Bridges Sr. currently serves as the Director of Training and Guest Experience at Paragon Casino Resort, a position held since November 2018. In addition, Lonnie is the Chief EXAMPLE Officer at Bridges Adaptive Management! (BAM!), responsible for training, coaching, motivational speaking, and consulting in customer service and quality assurance since March 2015. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Organizational & Executive Development and Director of Workforce Development and Training at Paragon Casino Resort, where Lonnie focused on quality improvement processes and staff development for management. Lonnie began a career in quality assurance at Rockwell Automation and served in the United States Marine Corps. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Southern University and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management from George Washington University.
