Brittany Janeczek

Brittany Janeczek is an accomplished design professional with a robust background in experience design and visual communication. Currently serving as the Lead Experience Design Strategist at Paragon since April 2025, Brittany collaborates with UX, strategy, and development teams to create aesthetically pleasing and accessible digital solutions. Prior to this role, Brittany was the Visual Design Lead at Verndale, where efforts focused on enhancing client brands and establishing impactful visual styles. With experience as a Senior Designer at Tank Design and various freelance graphic design roles, Brittany has developed a diverse skill set encompassing branding, digital media, and client relationship management. Educational credentials include degrees from Endicott College and Massey University, coupled with additional studies at UMass Lowell and University of Phoenix.
