Dawn Palcisko is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Paragon Consulting, Inc. since October 2014, Dawn has a robust background in talent acquisition and strategic HR initiatives.
