Heather Wadlinger, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Heather is currently the Director - Consumer Strategy and Experience (CX) at Paragon, where they advise organizations on creating customer-centric digital experiences and leads a team of researchers, designers, analysts, and account leads. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Strategist - Integrated Marketing at JPL, where they developed and executed marketing initiatives for various clients. Heather also served as the VP - Research and Strategy at Merit (Sacunas), leading consumer research and strategy engagements for clients across different sectors. Heather has also worked as a Lead Customer Experience Researcher at Red Privet, LLC, a Team Lead - User Experience, Digital Marketing/eBusiness at TE Connectivity, a Research Manager at Penn State University, a Psychology Lecturer at Brandeis University, a Research Consultant at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Research Manager at Brandeis University. Their experience includes conducting research, creating strategies, designing surveys and questionnaires, and analyzing data.
Heather Wadlinger, PhD, holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Brandeis University, which was completed between the years 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Experimental Psychology from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
