Adele Morgan, with an Associate CIPD qualification, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Paragon Customer Communications since November 2022, following a brief tenure as an HR Advisor. Prior to this role, Adele was an HR Partner at Jackson Hogg Limited from July 2022 to November 2022 and held positions as an HR Advisor at Law At Work and Deminos from May 2020 to July 2022 and December 2017 to May 2020, respectively. Adele's career began at Cummins Inc., where Adele progressed from HR Administrator to Senior HR Administrator from June 2012 to April 2016. Adele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Durham University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Coventry University, which was completed at the CIPD Level 7.
