Lisa Smart

Lisa Smart currently serves as the IT Service Continuity Manager at Paragon Customer Communications, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Lisa held various roles at BT from November 2021 to February 2023, including Service Continuity Management Specialist and Service Continuity Professional. From January 2013 to November 2021, Lisa worked at Atos as an IT Service Continuity Manager, and prior to that, served as a BC/DR Consultant at Capita IT Services from January 2007 to January 2013. Lisa's career began at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a Business Continuity Manager from January 2001 to May 2006, following a role as an Information Security Analyst at GE from 1991 to 2001. Lisa's education includes completion of college studies from 1985 to 1987, specializing in the production and management of BC/DR processes in alignment with policy and strategy.
