Christopher Pledger

Christopher Pledger has over 25 years of experience in IT service management and operations, currently serving as the IT Service Continuity Manager at Aldermore Bank since December 2020. Previously, Pledger held the role of Disaster Recovery Service Resilience Platform Lead at HSBC from March 2010 to November 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating disaster recovery exercises, managing incidents and problems, and maintaining critical service documentation. Pledger also has extensive experience as the Information Technology Operations Team Lead at HSBC Bank Plc from March 1997 to February 2010, leading a team of operators, managing incident response, and performing operational testing for new services.
