Nicholas Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT operations and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Paragon Customer Communications since November 2021, Nicholas previously held various roles at Williams Lea Tag from November 2010 to November 2021, including IT Operations & Release Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing both onshore and offshore support teams and overseeing service management relationships. Nicholas also served as an interim Release Manager, Technical Specialist, Software Developer, and Scrum Master, with a focus on delivering strategic solutions and enhancing client services. Nicholas's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from the University of Bedfordshire and a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
