Ronnie Smith has extensive experience in technical management and engineering, currently serving as a Technical Manager at Paragon Customer Communications since January 2002, and previously held the position of Night Shift Production Engineer. Prior to this role, Ronnie Smith worked as an EPOS Technician/Assistant at Co-op from May 1998 to February 1999, where responsibilities included the maintenance and updating of the EPOS system at the store level.
