Terry Ratchford

Terry Ratchford has extensive work experience in the printing and manufacturing industry. Terry currently holds the position of Head of Manufacturing at Paragon Customer Communications since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Finishing & DM Manager at Paragon Customer Communications from July 2016 to December 2022.

Before joining Paragon, Terry worked at Loxleys as the Factory Manager from September 2014 to July 2016, where they had full manufacturing responsibilities and managed process improvement using lean six sigma tools and techniques. Terry also worked as the Finishing Manager at Loxleys from July 2013 to August 2014.

Terry's earlier experience includes working as a Finishing Production Manager at Howard Hunt Group from 2007 to July 2013. Terry started their career as a Print Finishing Operator at speed + precision from 2000 to 2003.

Terry Ratchford attended the University of the Arts London from 2001 to 2002, where they pursued a city & guilds degree in print finishing.
