Courtney H. Jackson

Courtney H. Jackson, MSISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CHFI is the CEO and Founder of Paragon Cyber Solutions, LLC, a veteran, woman, minority owned, Florida-based company, specializing in information security and assurance. Mrs. Jackson has more than 20 years of certified hands-on experience in Information Technology, encompassing both executive leadership and entrepreneurship.

Mrs. Jackson completed her studies at Western Governor’s University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and IT Management as well as a Master of Science degree in Information Security and Assurance. Mrs. Jackson also holds a number of professional industry certifications. Recently, Paragon Cyber Solutions, LLC was approved to be a certified test center for Pearson VUE as an available resource to get the workforce certified.

Mrs. Jackson got her start in Information Technology during her tenure in the U.S. Navy. After completing her active duty military service, she took an entry-level position as an IT Help Desk Representative, impressively working her way up to the C-Suite in a span of a career before exiting the Corporate space to pursue her entrepreneurial endeavors full-time. In addition to programs that she has created to support the professional development of women, she also serves as a dedicated mentor for the Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu.

Mrs. Jackson serves on the Executive Board for the Women In Technology International (WITI) Tampa Chapter and Advisory Board Member for the University of South Florida (USF) Cybersecurity for Executives Program. Previously, Mrs. Jackson served as Membership Director for the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Mrs. Jackson is a member of the Military Cyber Professionals Association (MCPA) and a Fellow of the Cyber Security Forum Initiative (CSFI).
