Kevin Jackson

Kevin Jackson has been working in the technical recruitment field since 2011. Kevin began their career as a Recruiting Manager with Marine Corps Recruiting, where they were named Recruiter of the Year in 2013 and Recruiting Manager of the Year in 2014 and 2015. In 2015, they moved to The Buffalo Group as a Senior Recruiter, where they conducted full life cycle recruitment of TS/SCI cleared information technology and intelligence professionals. In 2017, they became the Director at Paragon Cyber Solutions (C3PAO), where they provided customized information security and assurance solutions to the US Government, commercial organizations, and startups. In 2019, they joined Raytheon Technologies as a Sr. Talent Acquisition, where they partnered with Hiring Managers, Functional Leads, Talent Acquisition Staff, and Sourcing Peers to identify critical and strategic sourcing needs. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ManTech as a Lead Technical Recruiter.

Kevin Jackson attended Syracuse University from 2015 to 2016, where they completed the Veteran Career Transition Program in the Technical Track. Kevin also obtained a Network and Computer Systems Manager certification in 2011, as well as a Recruiter Manager Training certification. In 2010, they completed the Staff Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Academy. Additionally, they obtained CompTIA Security and CompTIA Network certifications from CompTIA in 2008 and 2006 respectively.
