Jake Chapman

Jake Chapman is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational management, product portfolio transformation, and organizational safety culture. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Paragon D&E and a Business Consultant at Paradigm Safety, Jake has previously held significant roles at Amway, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Product Portfolio and Business Transformation Program Manager. During a decade at Amway, Jake developed strategic frameworks for product health, led market-level portfolio designs with substantial financial impacts, and transformed packaging development processes. Earlier career roles included leadership positions at Amphenol Borisch Technologies and Granger Group of Companies, where Jake achieved notable improvements in quality and project delivery.
