Filip Szymanski

Filip Szymanski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Filip started their career as a Videographer at Andrews Photography, where they focused on video production, editing, and DVD authoring. Filip then served as the Head Coach of Neely Farm Swim Team for three years. Filip later worked as a Video Production Engineer at SetHerApart.com, before joining the New York Video Meetup as an Assistant Organizer, showcasing and discussing web video products and trends. Filip then worked at Magnify.net in multiple roles, including Inside Sales and Senior Manager Support Operations, where they provided account management, customer support, and community outreach. Filip then transitioned to FreeWheel as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager, where they tracked and managed technical aspects of customer relationships. Filip also worked as a Technical Project Manager (Consultant) at 21st Century Fox. Filip then joined Blizzard Entertainment as a Senior Program Manager, where they managed IT components for live events and deployed an internal streaming service. Currently, Filip is the Senior Director of Client Services at Paragon Digital Services.

Filip Szymanski obtained a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in the years 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they also studied Polish language at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. In addition to their formal education, Filip has obtained certifications in Difficult Conversations: Talking About Race at Work and Skills for Inclusive Conversations from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
