Eric Longo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Eric is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Paragon Films, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Hi-Gear Products, Inc. from October 2020 to November 2022. Eric also served as the Director of Operations at Berry Global, Inc. from January 2019 to September 2020. Before joining Berry Global, Inc., Eric held various roles at Bemis Associates, including Vice President of Manufacturing and Global Director of Manufacturing. Eric also worked at Laddawn, Inc. as the Assistant Vice President of Operations from 2017 to 2018. Eric started their career as a Process Engineer at Furon in 1994, and later worked at Scapa in the same role before joining Bemis Associates. Overall, Eric has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management.
Eric Longo attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Eric later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northeastern University, which they completed from 2000 to 2004.
