Nicholas Novak is an experienced Project Engineer at Paragon Films, Inc. since September 2013, specializing in machine safety and process improvements, as well as automation and control systems upgrades, HMI and PLC programming, project management, and root cause analysis. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as an R&D Technician at Impact Technologies LLC from April 2009 to September 2013, focusing on prototype development for energy technologies and automation development for chemical injection equipment, and held the position of Master Electrician as the owner of Ultimate Electric LLC from May 2005 to April 2009. Additionally, Nicholas worked as a Maintenance Technician at Fintube LLC between August 2006 and September 2007, maintaining and repairing various industrial equipment. Nicholas holds a Journeyman Wireman Diploma from the IBEW-NECA Technical Institute, completed in 2004.
