Niyati Thosani

Niyati Thosani, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Technical Applications Scientist at Paragon Genomics since August 2020, previously holding the position of Technical Applications Scientist. Prior experience includes roles at MEDGENOME, where Niyati managed and executed single cell and immune profiling projects, and at Genentech as a Senior Research Associate focusing on biomarker discovery for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Niyati's career also includes positions at Natera, UCLA, USC, and Piramal LifeSciences, contributing to significant advancements in next-generation sequencing, molecular research, and biopharmaceutical development. Niyati holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Medical Pharmacology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and additional degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine from USC and Life Sciences and Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai.
