Sydo Boterhoek

Sydo Boterhoek has extensive work experience in various companies in the BPO and IT fields. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as an IT professional at Pitney Bowes Management Services. In 2006, they moved to PBMS as an International TIG specialist and later transitioned to a role as an International Solutions Development Consultant at Pitney Bowes Netherlands B.V. in 2009. In 2010, they became a DPS Application Architect at Pitney Bowes Management Services until 2015. Sydo then joined Asterion International as a Service Line Manager for Business Process Outsourcing from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they serve as the Head of Inbound BPO Services at Paragon Group Ltd, starting from November 2017.

Sydo Boterhoek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from H.T.S. Groningen, where they studied from 1987 to 1992.
