Geoffrey Bunce

Geoffrey Bunce has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Geoffrey is currently working as a Digital and Mobile Programme and Product Manager at Paragon ID, where they manage tender documents, builds client relationships, and oversees software and hardware engineering. Prior to this, Geoffrey worked at SYSTRA Ltd as an Associate - Ticketing and Transport Systems, where they managed proposals, worked as an expert in ticketing and transport systems, and project managed various projects. Geoffrey also had a stint as an Independent Consultant, working on their own from 2019 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Geoffrey worked at SilverRail as a UK Rail Specialist, leading on competitive and context analysis, bid responses, and project delivery. Geoffrey also worked at Rail Delivery Group as a Technical Lead, managing a team and contributing to the design and implementation of ticketing technologies. Geoffrey's experience also includes roles as Head of Smart Technologies at Stagecoach Group plc, Energy Data Analyst at Matrix Control Solutions Ltd, Analyst at The Railway Consultancy Ltd, and Timetable Assistant at Network Rail.

Geoffrey Bunce attended Dartford Grammar School from 1998 to 2004. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Later, from 2006 to 2009, Geoffrey studied at the University of Greenwich and earned a BSc(Hons) in Mathematics.

In addition to their formal education, Geoffrey has also obtained various certifications. In September 2020, they completed the "CISM Cert Prep: 1 Information Security Governance," "CISM Cert Prep: 2 Information Risk Management," and "CISM Cert Prep: The Basics" courses through LinkedIn. In June 2020, Geoffrey completed a course titled "Exploring Sport Coaching and Psychology" offered by OpenLearn OU. In February 2020, they obtained the "Level 1 Award in Coaching Football" from 1st4sport Qualifications. Geoffrey also obtained the "NaCTSO ACT Awareness E-Learning" certification in December 2019 through HIGHFIELD ELEARNING LIMITED. Additionally, in January 2015, they completed the "PRINCE2 Foundation" certification and in February 2015, obtained the "PRINCE2 Practitioner" certification, both from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
