Jan Mennekens

Jan Mennekens is a seasoned professional in electronics engineering and technology, currently serving as the Technical Lead for R&D IoT & Retail at Paragon ID since May 2023, while also owning mennekens.com, a venture focused on innovative electronics system design and prototyping. With a background as an Indoor Location Consultant and CTO at RFiD Discovery, Jan has extensive experience in indoor location technology. Prior roles include CEO of enjenyè and DCIM, as well as senior consulting positions in embedded software. Jan's career also includes significant contributions as a Firmware Engineer at Telindus and a System Architect at SpaceChecker. Jan Mennekens holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering from IHAM Antwerpen.
