Currently serving as Vice President of Systems & Operations at Paragon Insurance Holdings LLC since November 2018, Amy has also held positions at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. from June 2015, progressing from Assistant Vice President of Operations to Director of Operations for Commercial Programs. Prior roles include Director of Agency Operations at Alteris, Inc. and Consultant at The Hanover Insurance Group. Amy's career began at Argo Group, where significant responsibilities as Director of Business Operations spanned nearly a decade from August 2003 to May 2013.
