Additionally, Lourdes has significant experience in the baking industry, having worked as an artisan bread baker and a sweets baker before transitioning to financial roles. Lourdes's background includes administering loan collections, managing portfolios, and providing high-level administrative support in various capacities, including at Business Lenders and MLNUSA. Lourdes holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Thomas Edison State University, an Associate of Science in General Studies, and various certifications in baking and business management.
