Elin has 20 years of Wall Street compliance experience and her prior roles include Principal and the Head of Capital Markets at Compliance Risk Concepts, Director and Head of Business Unit Compliance for CIT Group Inc., Managing Director, Head of Global Markets Compliance for Societe Generale and various compliance roles at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Banc of America Securities. Elin is also the Founder of Elinphant, a leading independent compliance consultancy.
