Kristin Downes is a Senior Counsel at Paragon Legal, working on a long term project with Apple supporting a product legal and content sourcing team. With experience as a Founder at Scheel Legal, Kristin provided legal and commercial counsel to corporate clients in various industries. Additionally, Kristin has worked at Emerson Process Management as a Senior Global Contracts Negotiator and at Wood Group as a Commercial Counsel. Kristin holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University. Kristin is a member of the State Bar of Oregon and the State Bar of Texas.
