Previous roles include Human Resources Administrator at Boly:Welch, where responsibilities involved employee benefits coordination, and positions at Mulberry Talent Partners and Ryder System, Inc., focusing on onboarding, employee record maintenance, and hiring support. Thomas also has significant experience from Adecco, overseeing the onboarding of 400 new hires and managing payroll for over 200 employees, and at Randstad USA, where payroll management and new hire training were key responsibilities. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Portland State University.
