Nikebra Goodlow is a seasoned operations and event management professional with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Conference Senior Operations Manager at Paragon Marketing Group since July 2021, Nikebra previously held significant roles with the ATL Hawks, LLC, including Senior Basketball Development Coach and Event Marketing Intern. Expertise includes overseeing major events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium as an Event Manager and Event Coordinator, as well as a foundation in community programming and connection through roles with the City of Decatur and Atlanta Braves. Nikebra holds a Master of Science in Sport Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Management from Dominican University.
