Daniel Gadomski

Daniel Gadomski currently serves as Division Vice President at Paragon Medical since February 2019, managing business operations in Poland and China and overseeing plant management with complete P&L responsibility for machining and assembly sites. Previous experience includes roles at Robert Bosch Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities ranged from Senior Plant Quality Manager to Senior Manager with a focus on technical and commercial operations in the automotive sector, as well as Section Manager in manufacturing prototypes. Earlier positions include a Junior Manager role at Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany and various engineering roles at 3M, where Daniel managed R&D projects within medical and pharmaceutical production. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Production Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Biotechnology Medicinal Chemistry from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, along with postgraduate studies in Production and Services Management at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
