Silvia Aydinyan is an accomplished investment banking professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at a Boutique Investment Bank since July 2024. Previously, Silvia co-founded Paragon Global Investments, which became the largest undergraduate quantitative finance organization in the US, receiving support from notable firms like Citadel and Jane Street. Experience includes roles as a Summer Analyst at both a Boutique Investment Bank and Baird, as well as serving as an Equity Research Analyst at Geneva Capital Management LLC. Silvia's involvement with Girls Who Invest as a Campus Ambassador and participation in a Summer Intensive Program further demonstrates commitment to advancing women in finance. In addition to professional experience, Silvia has a strong academic background with degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago and participation in the Trott Business Program at the Booth School of Business. Paragon National Group is an intercollegiate student-run multi-strategy hedge fund with 7 chapters at Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, New York University, Princeton University, the University of Chicago, and the University of Pennsylvania. The organization is dedicated to the development of students in value investing and algorithmic trading. Members of PNG invest $40,000 into public equities across two funds: a long-only value investment fund and a systematic low and mid-frequency algorithmic trading fund.
