Silvia Aydinyan

Silvia Aydinyan is an accomplished investment banking professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at a Boutique Investment Bank since July 2024. Previously, Silvia co-founded Paragon Global Investments, which became the largest undergraduate quantitative finance organization in the US, receiving support from notable firms like Citadel and Jane Street. Experience includes roles as a Summer Analyst at both a Boutique Investment Bank and Baird, as well as serving as an Equity Research Analyst at Geneva Capital Management LLC. Silvia's involvement with Girls Who Invest as a Campus Ambassador and participation in a Summer Intensive Program further demonstrates commitment to advancing women in finance. In addition to professional experience, Silvia has a strong academic background with degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago and participation in the Trott Business Program at the Booth School of Business.
