Duy Ho

Duy Ho has diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2023, they worked as a Brand Ambassador at Paragon One. Prior to that, from 2020 to the present, they have been involved with The Myers-Briggs Company, serving as an MBTI Master Practitioner and MBTI Certified Practitioner, administering and interpreting personality tests. In 2022, they worked at Teach For America as a USC Campus Ambassador and also at Credera as a Workforce Transformation and People Analytics Consulting Extern, where they provided consulting services and conducted research. In the same year, they interned at Edwards Lifesciences as an Organizational Effectiveness and Innovation Intern, gaining exposure to project and program management methodologies. In 2021, they interned at True Synergy, Inc. as an Organizational Development Consulting Intern, assisting with change management. Additionally, in 2020, they worked at Voters of Tomorrow as a Mobilization and Outreach Deputy Director, overseeing growth and executing policy initiatives. Lastly, in 2021, they worked at Leadership Performance Systems, Inc. as a Type 360 and Leadership Agility 360 Practitioner, using feedback tools for leadership development.

Duy Ho's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they earned from Gahr High School from 2015 to 2019. Following this, Duy Ho attended Cerritos College from 2019 to 2021 and obtained an Associate's degree in Sociology. Currently, Duy Ho is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Southern California, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Duy Ho has obtained several, including outstanding completion in Credera DEI Consulting and Data Analytics Externship from Paragon One in December 2022, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Edwards Lifesciences in August 2022, Deloitte Future of Work Institute from Deloitte in March 2022, Salesforce Bootcamp from Deloitte Digital in September 2021, Change Management Foundations and Organizational Learning and Development from LinkedIn Learning in April 2021, and MBTI Master Practitioner and MBTI Certification (Step I and Step II) from The Myers-Briggs Company in March 2021 and December 2020, respectively. Additionally, Duy Ho has completed a CORe (Credential of Readiness) program in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School Online in 2023.
