Tamara Mathias has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as an Editorial Assistant for What's Up Bangalore. In 2014, they worked as a Freelance Copywriter for Amnesty International, collaborating on the Human Rights Education Implementation Report Programme with Icarus Design Pvt. Ltd.
From 2015 to 2016, Tamara served as a Social Media Ambassador for the Chevening Awards. In 2016, they worked as an Editorial Intern at Usborne Publishing and was also a Freelance Writer & Reviewer for The Skinny, including coverage of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

From 2015 to 2016, Tamara attended the University of St Andrews and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Creative Writing.
From 2011 to 2014, Tamara studied at Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru. Tamara completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Communication and Media Studies, English Literature, and Psychology.
Tamara received their High School Diploma from Sophia High School from 1998 to 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Tamara has obtained various certifications.
