Neilia LaValle

Neilia LaValle is a co-founder of Paragon Partners Consultants, a position they have held since July 1993. Neilia is also the President & CEO of the company. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Land Services at Marmac Engineering from August 1988 to June 1993.
