Christopher Gregson has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Christopher is currently the CEO and Pioneer of Pure at Paragon Pure, where they focus on inventing and developing wholesome delivery technologies. Christopher has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University and as an Advisor at New School Foods and SCiFi Foods. Prior to this, Christopher was the Founder of Greenstalk Food Consulting LLC. Christopher has also held various positions at Ingredion Incorporated, including Director of a global sweeteners R&D team and Senior Manager leading a group of material scientists. Early in their career, they worked as a Senior Scientist at Firmenich, specializing in flavor and fragrance delivery systems. Christopher started their career as a Post-Doctorate Research Associate at Rutgers University, where they studied food strategies for long term space missions.
Christopher Gregson holds a PhD in Food Rheology from the University of Nottingham, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science at the University of Nottingham between 1992 and 1996.
