M. Erhan Yildiz has extensive work experience in the food industry, with a focus on ingredients and product development. M. Erhan is the Founder of Simply Good Ingredients, where they provide technical support and supplies natural, clean-label ingredients for customer-winning products. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Paragon Pure. M. Erhan Yildiz also has experience in academia as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University–New Brunswick. M. Erhan has worked as a Hydrocolloids Consultant at New School Foods and held the position of Sr. Director, R&D at TIC Gums, where they implemented an agile Stage Gate process and achieved significant revenue growth. Earlier in their career, they held roles in global applications, dairy applications, and material science at Ingredion Incorporated, National Starch Food Innovation, National Starch LLC, and National Starch and Chemical. M. Erhan began their career as a Staff Scientist at Hercules Inc.
M. Erhan Yildiz obtained a PhD in Food Science from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1996 to 2003.
