Tehila Shedlo currently serves as an Applications and Technical Sales Associate at Paragon Pure since June 2024. Prior experience includes involvement with the Rutgers Department of Food Science, where Tehila held the roles of IFT Representative during the 2022-2023 academic year and Treasurer for 2023-2024. As a Yavneh Fellow at Orthodox Union from August 2022 to May 2024, Tehila coordinated educational events for students. Additionally, Tehila worked as a Research Assistant in the Sensory Lab at Rutgers University, focusing on projects related to basil leaf analysis and a cranberry oral health study, and completed a Technology & Innovation Internship at Redefine Meat, assisting in the production of plant-based meat products. Prior internships include a Technical Service Internship at Ingredion Incorporated, where Tehila led a project on egg reduction in yellow cakes. Tehila is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Master of Business and Science in Applied Food Science and Technology at Rutgers School of Graduate Studies.
