Jill Schwartz

Jill Schwartz has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Synchrony Rehab since April 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for Synchrony Rehab @ Home, as well as previously holding roles such as Area Manager of Operations and Therapy Program Manager at a skilled nursing facility. Prior to this, Jill worked as a Therapy Program Manager at AFFIRMA Rehabilitation from January 2011 to March 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Administration from Purdue Global, a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Northwestern Ohio, and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy from Rhodes State College.
