Roger Milam

Roger Milam is an experienced project management professional with a diverse background in the construction and land development industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Paragon Site Solutions, LLC since July 2023, Roger also operates as the Owner of RCM Contracting, LLC / RCM Consulting Group Of NC since January 2011. Previous roles include Land Development Manager at DRB Group from August 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included Project Site Development Management and Contractor Management, and Vice President of Operations at both CK Contracting Inc. and Champion Contracting from January 2005 to January 2011. Roger's experience also includes serving as Construction Manager at Waterfront Properties from October 2005 to December 2008, focusing on residential development construction contracts. Roger holds a degree from East Tennessee State University.
