Alex Baker

Alex Baker has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an HR Officer at Paragon Skills since March 2014. In this role, Alex supports a team of five in delivering HR services to 250 staff, aligning with the organization's mission to achieve a Grade 1 Ofsted rating as a national training provider. Prior to this position, Alex has worked as a Regional Internal Recruiter at ICS, contributed to financial and technical sales at Financial & Technical, served as an Executive PA to the Managing Director at Ketchup & Willoughby Stewart, held the role of Financial Consultant and Team Manager at Devere, and began a career as a Recruitment Consultant at Specialist Recruitment.
