Mark Botha

Mark Botha has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Mark started as a Regional Sales Manager at Fitness First in 2002 and later became the National Sales Manager at Fitness First for Women in 2005. In 2006, they joined Leisure Connection as the Sales and Marketing Director, where they stayed until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Global Sales and Marketing Director and later as the Chief Operating Officer at Premier Global. From 2011 to 2015, they held multiple positions at Fitness First Middle East, including Sales and Marketing Director and Group Operations and Marketing Director. Since 2015, Mark Botha has been the Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Skills, where they focus on implementing a turnaround strategy and driving business growth.
