Mark B. Howell

Mark B. Howell became Vice President Governance and Compliance in 2006, and serves as Secretary to the Corporation, DOE Corporate Facility Security Officer and DOD Corporate Security Officer. Mr. Howell also oversees the internal audit process, business licensing requirements, and international partnerships. Previously, he had joined the Company in 1996 as District Manager for Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, supporting over 60 clients. In 2000, he was promoted to National Account Manager overseeing the United Technologies Corporation contract, where he developed and implemented performance metrics to drive standardization and best practices. In 2002, he was promoted to Eastern Region Vice President, where he designed and implemented a new business infrastructure to efficiently support the Company’s growth.
