Eric J. Lanphear

Eric J. Lanphear, HDS-C, serves as the Director of Training and Logistics and Clinical Director at Paragonix Technologies, Inc. since November 2021. Previously, Eric held various roles, including Hospital Services Manager at Lifebanc, and co-founded the Carousel of Hope & Healing, which focuses on guiding families through organ donation sensitively and compassionately. Eric’s experience includes positions such as Lung Transplant Coordinator at Cleveland Clinic and Assistant Director of the Donation Resource Center at NJ Sharing Network. Eric's diverse background also encompasses roles in transplant coordination and family care with organizations like Buckeye Transplant Services, Tennessee Donor Services, and the Center for Organ Recovery and Education. Eric graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Baldwin Wallace University and holds a Human Donation Science Graduate Certificate from the University of Toledo.
