Kevin Cox

Kevin Cox has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kevin is currently the CEO and General Counsel at Soaak Technologies, where they are leading the company through multiple acquisitions and international expansion to become the largest provider of healing technologies in the world. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, Kevin served as the CEO and General Counsel at ParagonX Holdings Inc, a strategic infrastructure holding company focused on logistics and real estate. During this time, they led the acquisition, investment, and incubation of companies and products that improve lives, with the goal of building them into nationally recognizable brands.

Before joining ParagonX Holdings Inc, Kevin was the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at Adaptation Financial™ from 2017 to 2021. Kevin played a vital role in driving long-term enterprise value growth for the firm through transformative strategic counsel on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operational efficiency, expansion, and execution. During this period, they acquired five entities, formed an SEC Registered Investment Advisory, and added $150 million in new assets under management (AUM) to the firm.

In 2016, Kevin founded Logistyx Technologies and served as the Founder and Interim CEO. Kevin raised capital from private equity, acquired 11 legal entities, including Agile Network, and initiated the full-scale integration effort across multiple continents. Logistyx Technologies is now the industry-leading provider of Transportation Management Execution technology solutions, with offices in Singapore, Toronto, Amsterdam, and throughout the United States.

Prior to founding Logistyx Technologies, Kevin held various leadership positions at UPS and its subsidiaries. From 2011 to 2016, they were the General Manager of UPS subsidiaries ConnectShip, Inc and iShip, Inc, where they drove revenue growth and positive operating leverage. Kevin also served as the Director of Operations at ConnectShip, Inc from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, from 2001 to 2006, Kevin held the role of Director of Sales at UPS/ConnectShip, Inc and Region Business Development Director at UPS/ConnectShip, Inc.

Overall, Kevin Cox has demonstrated a track record of success in executive leadership positions, driving strategic growth, acquisitions, and international expansion in various industries.

Kevin Cox has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. Kevin attended the Harvard Kennedy School, where they participated in Executive Continuing Education focused on Performance Maximization. Kevin also earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law, specializing in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. Prior to their JD, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Oral Roberts University, with a concentration in Business Administration and Management. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the same institution.

In addition to their degree programs, Kevin has obtained several certifications. Kevin is a Securities and Federally Registered Investment Adviser (Series 7 and 66) through FINRA, which they achieved in 2019. Kevin also holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Law from The University of Tulsa College of Law, completed in December 2005. Kevin obtained a Business Transfer Specialist certification from Business Brokers of America in April 2001. Kevin further enhanced their expertise through a certification as a Financial Recasting Consultant from Business Valuation Specialists in the same month and year. Lastly, they obtained a Certificate in International Human Resources Management from SHRM in April 2000.
