Adarsh Kaniyoor

Adarsh Kaniyoor is a Senior Epitaxy Process Scientist at Paragraf® since April 2022, specializing in epitaxial growth of graphene and related 2D materials for semiconductor device manufacturing. Prior to this role, Adarsh served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Heriot-Watt University, optimizing laser-based micro-circuitry fabrication and developing silver interconnects. Adarsh's extensive experience at the University of Cambridge involved significant advancements in the production of carbon nanotube fibres, where a statistical study led to a threefold increase in throughput. Additional positions include Visiting Researcher at The University of Edinburgh, Post Doctoral Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, and Project Officer at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, focusing on carbon nanocomposites. Adarsh holds a Ph.D. in Physics/Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, along with an MSc and B.Sc. in Physics from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
