Client Support Manager - Team Lead at Paragus Strategic IT

John Ferraro has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career in 2004 at Freedom Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. In 2007, they joined Westfield Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager and Customer Service Representative, before transitioning to a System Support Technician role in 2013. At Westfield Bank, John provided help desk support for over 300 end users and managed the Shoretel VoIP system. In 2018, they joined Paragus IT as a Client Support Engineer and later became a Client Support Manager. Currently, John holds the position of Client Support Manager - Team Lead at Paragus IT. Their responsibilities encompass leading a team and providing exceptional client support.

John Ferraro attended Chicopee Comprehensive High School from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they enrolled in Worcester State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General. John studied at Worcester State University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, John Ferraro obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in May 2015.
