Anastasiya Borisova

Anastasiya Borisova has worked in various roles since 2015. Anastasiya began their career as a Customer Relations Manager and Translator at Skimen JSC in 2015. In 2017, they moved to Convex International as an Administrative Assistant and Translator. In 2018, they joined Profitero as a Business Analyst and Support Engineer, with responsibilities including following up on customer issues, updating the manager on common problems, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems, tracking and managing open service issues, and communicating with Company Teams. In 2021, they moved to Rovensys as a Business Analyst and is currently employed at Paralect as a Business Analyst since 2022.

Anastasiya Borisova attended Belarusian State University from 2012 to 2017, where they studied Modern Foreign Languages (Translation, Interpreting).
