Dzmitry Rakitski

Dzmitry Rakitski has worked in the IT field since 2012. Dzmitry started their career at Web-mir as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for preparing contracts and specifications, task and budget estimation, and coordinating the development team. In 2013, they moved to Borovoy Studio, a web agency that follows lean manufacturing philosophy, where they held the same role. In 2016, they joined Wargaming.net as a Project Manager and was responsible for coordinating the efforts of members of different teams on the projects in the company's IT department, project requirements clarification and finalization, project documentation preparation, planning activities, overseeing execution progress, deadlines control, reports preparation, etc. In 2018, they moved to Paralect as a Delivery Manager and Project Manager.

Dzmitry Rakitski attended Minsk State Linguistic University from 2007 to 2012. In November 2021, they obtained a Senior Project Management Course certification from IAMPM. Dzmitry also holds a Content-manager certification from Bitrix, Inc.
