Katsiaryna Matsiosava

Katsiaryna Matsiosava has been working in the technology and customer service industry since 2010. Katsiaryna began their career as a PR Manager at Mezzanin cafe in 2010. In 2012, they became an Account Manager at Мегаплан. In 2013, they were an Administrator at Gallery of contemporary art “О”. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Lead Affiliate Manager / Product owner of CRM at Hotpartner, where they were responsible for setting and monitoring tasks in JIRA, advising on technical, financial and marketing issues, participating in the development and creation of new products, analytics of the performance indicators of partners, filling and maintaining the company's website, conducting interviews, training new employees, and checking and editing texts for all landing pages and company sites. Katsiaryna achieved the ability to set tasks and control their implementation by technical specialists, work quickly and efficiently in multitasking mode, and think through the logic of the CRM and the numerous tools needed to work and automate a number of tasks. In 2019, they became a Software Testing Engineer at EPAM Systems. Currently, they are a QA Engineer at Paralect.

Katsiaryna Matsiosava holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Theory and Practice of Contemporary Arts from European Humanities University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2016. Katsiaryna has also obtained several certifications, including Introduction to Pytest from Test Automation University in January 2023, Python Programming and Setting a Foundation for Successful Test Automation from Test Automation University in December 2022, and Python 2 from CodeAcademy in October 2022.
