Nataliya Mashara

Nataliya Mashara has four years of experience as a UX/UI Designer. In 2021, they began working at Paralect as a UX/UI Designer. In 2020, they began working at NeatTech.io as a UI/UX Designer, where they were responsible for designing mobile app and website interfaces, prototyping projects for customers, developing user scenarios, conducting UX research, creating a User Flow Diagram, creating responsive website design, designing graphics, and interacting with developers at all stages of implementation. In the same year, they also began working at Stuff as a UI/UX Designer, where they created a mobile app design for people who wanted to get rid of unnecessary things easily and quickly. Nataliya used methods such as creating a Customer Journey Map, Kano model, and Mobile App Site Map, conducting a competitor analysis, and creating wireframes and visual design. Finally, in 2020, they began working at Farm Fresh as a UI/UX Designer, where they created a website design to connect farmers who practice organic farming with target customers. Nataliya used methods such as analysis customer goals and creating the value proposition canvas, using lean canvas to focus on problems, solutions, key metrics, and competitive advantages, conducting a competitor analysis and creating user personas, creating a user flow diagram and IA, and creating highly detailed wireframes and visual design.

Nataliya Mashara's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Customs specialist from Belarusian National Technical University from 2012 to 2017, a certification in Graphic Design from Handsschool in September 2019, and a certification in UI/UX Design from IT Academy in March 2020.
