Parallaxes Capital is a leading alternative asset manager focused on tax receivable agreements. Parallaxes has raised four funds from thoughtful and like-minded family offices, foundations and endowments. In the process, we have strived to provide liquidity to Tax Receivable Agreement (TRA) stakeholders by monetizing otherwise long-dated assets. Looking forward, we anticipate that TRAs will continue to become more common in the coming years and as such, our goal is to be a leading authority in this space.
