Diana Heldfond

Diana Heldfond is the CEO of Parallel. Diana was previously a Strategic Advisory Analyst at PJT Partners from June 2018 to July 2020. There, they advised clients on strategic alternatives, including M&A and capital raises as well as restructuring and activism defense. Diana also worked directly with senior management on valuation and deal strategy, developing full range of valuation analyses. Diana leveraged their background in global affairs and passion for business strategy to conduct research and due diligence, evaluating company performance based on business model, product lines, and operations relative to competitors and industry trends.

Before PJT Partners, Diana was a co-founder of SYRCH Inc., a web-based community helping college students succeed by offering a unique all-in-one scholastic and social platform, including on-demand tutoring, online agendas, and class-based communication tools.

Diana has also worked as staff at The Aspen Institute from June 2013 to June 2016.

Diana Heldfond has a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University in Science, Technology & International Affairs with a concentration on Business, Growth and Development. Diana also has a certification from FINRA in Series 79. Prior to that, they attended San Francisco University High School.
