Dale Klein

Dale Klein has an extensive work experience, starting with their current position as President & CEO at Parallel Technologies since 2005. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at Perficient from 2002 to 2004, where they were responsible for managing operations and sales in Minnesota and Canada. Dale also served on the executive committee and assisted the CEO with acquisition strategy in the central US.

Dale's career began in 1988 at BNSF Railway, where they worked as an Analyst & Manager until 1993. Dale then moved to Systemhouse as a Sr. Consultant from 1993 to 1996. Following this, Dale joined Cargill as a Managing Consultant until 1997.

In 1996, Dale co-founded Javelin Technologies (now Perficient) and served as the CEO until 2002. Throughout their career, Dale has held various management and consulting positions, showcasing their expertise in strategy development, operations, and sales.

Dale Klein obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, which they completed from 1985 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business and Management Information Systems at The University of Dallas. Dale completed their MBA program at The University of Dallas from 1991 to 1993.
